etitanic Great Spot in Cozumel Reviewed on 04/21/2011 for a stay on 01/01/2011 This was a great spot for our needs while in Cozumel. My wife and I have visited Cozumel a number of times and we love the Corpus Christi area. It was an easy walk for us to our dive shop and to the amenities in town. Just around the corner is the Corpus Christi Church and square which we love to visit, some neat restaurants and small cafes. The unit was just what we required and being at the top provided a breeze almost every day we never used the air conditioner at all. The maid service was great no complaints. All and all for the price I do not think you could find much better. Andrew A great place to decompress! Reviewed on 04/28/2011 for a stay on 02/01/2011 The condo was everything that was promised. It has a great open layout with lots of windows for light and a nice evening cross breeze. The kitchen has everything that you could need. The bbq is just one flight of stairs up. The roof has lounge chairs to hang out in the sun, or you can have a cocktail and watch the sun set. It's incredibly civilized. The condo has a little patio table right outside the door where you can enjoy your morning coffee and prepare yourself for another day in paradise. Biba great, romantic retreat after long days in the ocean. Reviewed on 04/25/2011 for a stay on 03/01/2011 This was my second stay at Summer Breezes. The condos are clean, easy to locate, quiet, and very comfortable. Lovely courtyard provides secure space for scooters, damp towels, etc. The roof deck is stunning. This is my favorite place to stay on Cozumel!! Jay “Condo-living at it’s best in Cozumel” My 6-year old son and I lived in this amazing condo for approximately three weeks from late June into July. Quite simply, all of the positive feedback on this penthouse listed on this website is accurate; it truly was an amazing experience. We were looking for a less tourist-y experience (so we could connect with the local culture and augment our Spanish-speaking skills) and found it here. The location in Corpus Christi is far enough away from the hub-bub of the cruise ship scene, and the local families that live in the neighborhood were so welcoming to us. Yet, you can walk quite easily to many services including two major grocery stores, a bowling alley, the movie theatre, etc.. Plus, there are so many great local restaurants within a few blocks of the condo. The condo itself was at advertised, high quality, and well maintained. The kitchen and large serving island were wonderful for cooking and eating. Plus, the top of the building was absolutely gorgeous for watching sunsets and just relaxing with a book. And for my son, the condo pool clearly was the highlight of the trip! What is lovely about this condo is you have your privacy and independence and yet the on-island manager is available at any moment by phone to assist you if you need anything. There is also on-site (and free) laundry which was so useful given our extended stay. But the best part of this entire experience for us was how wonderful and accommodating the owners (Mike & Connie) were. From the moment I inquired about the condo, there were personable and seemed genuinely interested in my son and I having an amazing cultural experience in Mexico. It was these early conversations with them that drove my interest in staying at this condo. Having both owners and on-site caretakers that truly care about your stay is important, and in my experience in staying in other places this is not always the case. So, I clearly would recommend staying at this condo; you won't regret it! Steven What a great place! We stayed for 13 days in early august and had a great stay. The condo is just like the pictures bright and comfortable. The bedroom was nice size and had lots of storage. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. the bathroom was very clean with plenty of pressure and hot water in the shower. 
The kitchen is fully equipped and we used it every day. There are 2 grocery stores a short walk or a $3 cab ride away. When you get sick of cooking there are many places to eat close to the condo and many will deliver if you don't feel like going any place. Our favorite was Parrilla Cozumel 2 blocks away on 30th great chicken and papas(fries). 

One great perk of the condo is the roof top terrace. The terrace has great views and wonderful breezes to watch the boats on the water, and the sunset while enjoying a cold beverage. We had several meals up there enjoying the view. 

We dove with Blue Project Cozumel and the service was awesome as always. Blanca always takes care of us and seems to always find the good stuff. We also went up to Holbox and Snorkeled with the whale sharks really cool its a long trip but worth it. 

Overall our stay was excellent and would definitely stay there again the owners are great at answering any questions and made us feel at home. The internet connection was very fast and let me work a couple days from there with no issues. While I would love to keep it my secret, I owe it to Mike and Connie to say what a beautiful place they have. 
Located in the peaceful Corpus Christi neighborhood, it's just a short walk to the ocean, grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, and town. 
The housekeeper, staff, and the owners are friendly, and go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you could possibly want, or need.
The condo itself, is spotlessly clean, safe, comfortable, and well equipped. The breezes are wonderful, and the airconditioner unnecessary! The private pool is great for an evening swim, and the rooftop is wonderful for entertaining, or just a quiet evening in; grilling your catch of the day. The Wi-Fi is also nice to have.
I love it that they have an off- street parking area with an iguana that greeted us daily! 
All you need to pack is a swimsuit! They've thought of everything else... Judy What a great condo! Left on 10/29/2012 for a stay in October 2012 We enjoyed our stay at Casa Consuela! JerryAnn Fabulous views of community and easy access to island adventures Left on 08/05/2012 for a stay in March 2012 What a wonderful discovery: Casa Consuela in Corpus Christi! Renting a car gave me all sorts of options. Being just far enough from the 'tourist beat' yet within walking distance or short drive to shops, restaurants and entertainment, I had everything I needed. I enjoyed the vista from this penthouse condo and the cool breezes so only rarely did I use a/C. Internet access worked well. Loved the privacy (had the pool pretty much to myself) and quiet of Corpus Christi (rooster crow to announce the dawn!) and unobtrusively friendly 'locals' who willing offered directions and suggestions...so many wonderful experiences appreciated. Right from the beginning the owner Mike Moran was readily available and helpful in so many ways. I think 1 person or a couple would be ideal in this comfortable, cozy and colourful accommodation. I agree with what a resident of Cozumel said: this is one of the nicest condos and locations. I hope to return! Shelley Casa Consuela is a Wonderful Choice!! Left on 02/28/2013 for a stay in February 2013 We just spent a wonderful month (Jan 15-Feb 15 2013) at Casa Consuela! Everything was just great--very clean, beautiful, quiet, secure and a close walk to stores and restaurants. We especially loved the constant breeze that flowed thru this condo--we did not need the aC even once! The owners gave much attention to detail and making this like a 2nd home for their guests---from a well-equipped kitchen, to nice bicycles w/helmets and lights, a great movie selection, an easy-to-use safe, perfect (fast) internet service, and many added nice-ities (snorkel gear, nice W/D available, BBQ on rooftop for your use,...). The owners were very easy to communicate with and just plain nice :) What can we say, but a+ for Casa Consuela! Thanks Mike and Connie!
